永定河文溪安全生态水系建设项目浅谈

摘要 龙岩市培丰镇永定河文溪河岸塌陷,河床抬高,过洪断面束窄,局部河床淤积,滩地垃圾淤积,集镇沿岸未设置截污设施,岸边绿化及亲水性较差,严重影响当地生产生活和经济可持续发展,同时也无法满足生态水系建设的需求。文章以安全生态建设理念为依据,坚持保护优先、自然修复为主,因地制宜为原则,与培丰镇周边规划统筹协调,从改善河水、改良河床、恢复河滩、修复河岸四个方面进行提升、优化和完善,设计和实施河道岸线和河岸生态保护蓝线的划定,对培丰镇永定河文溪保护、治理、建设一条安全、生态、美丽的河流,打造生态田园文化区、生态河洲亲水区具有积极的推动作用,也为实现"河畅、水清、岸绿、安全、生态"的安全水系建设目标打下坚实基础。 The Wenxi river bank of Yongding River in Peifeng town of Longyan city collapsed,the riverbed was raised,the flood section was narrow,the local riverbed was silted up,the beach land waste was silted up,the sewage interception facilities were not set up along the market town,the greening and hydrophilicity of the bank were poor,which seriously affected the local production and life and sustainable economic development,and also could not meet the needs of ecological water system construction. Based on the concept of safe ecological construction,this paper adheres to the principle of protection priority,natural restoration and local conditions,and coordinates with the planning around Peifeng town. It improves,optimizes and perfects the river,riverbed,beach and riverbank from four aspects. The design and implementation of the blue line of river shoreline and riverbank ecological protection will play a positive role in promoting the protection,management and construction of a safe,ecological and beautiful river in Wenxi of Yongding River in Peifeng Town,as well as creating an ecological garden cultural area and an ecological riverbank hydrophilic area. It will also lay a solid foundation for the realization of the goal of safe water system construction of"smooth river,clear water,green bank,safe and ecological".
