6s质控管理措施对院前急救护理质量的改善作用分析

目的:分析6s质控管理措施对院前急救护理质量的改善作用。方法:在2022年1月~2023年12月期间选取100例院前急救患者作为研究对象并采用双盲法进行分析,分好组后分别采用常规管理措施(对照组)与6s质控管理措施(研究组)进行护理干预,对比两组管理效果。结果:研究组院前急救护理质量评分更高,由此可见该管理措施可以帮助护士更为充分地发挥自身的作用。在护理用时方面,研究组患者的出诊反应时间和院前急救用时均更短,其证明6s质控管理措施可以缩短患者接受救治的耗时,其可以为患者争取更为宝贵的治疗时间。研究组护理后的不良情绪评分更低,其证明6s质控管理措施可以促进患者心理负担的消化与缓解,对于患者康复效果的优化与病情控制具有积极价值。基于此,研究组对于护理服务的依从性水平更高。(P<0.05)。结论:在院前急救护理工作开展期间,6s质控管理措施可以帮助护士进一步明确自身职责与使命并做好护理配合,其对于患者护理质量的优化与生命安全的保障具有积极作用。

Objective:To analyze the improvement effect of 6S quality control management measures on the quality of pre hospital emergency nursing.Method:From January 2022 to December 2023,100 pre hospital emergency patients were selected as the research subjects and analyzed using a double-blind method.After being divided into two groups,routine management measures(control group)and 6s quality control management measures(study group)were used for nursing interventions.The clinical indicators of patients were compared to fully evaluate the clinical application value of 6s quality control management measures through comparison.Result:The quality score of pre hospital emergency nursing in the research group was higher,indicating that this management measure can help nurses fully play their role.In terms of nursing time,the response time and pre hospital emergency time of the study group patients were shorter,which proves that the 6s quality control management measure can shorten the time for patients to receive treatment,and it can strive for more valuable treatment time for patients.The negative emotion score of the research group after nursing was lower,which proves that the 6s quality control management measures can promote the digestion and relief of patients'psychological burden,and have positive value for optimizing the rehabilitation effect and disease control of patients.Based on this,the research group has a higher level of compliance with nursing services.(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the pre hospital emergency nursing work,the 6s quality control management measures can help nurses further clarify their responsibilities and missions,and do a good job in nursing cooperation.It has a positive effect on optimizing the quality of patient care and ensuring life safety.
