个性化整体护理模式在药物性镇痛分娩产妇中应用效果分析

目的:探讨个性化整体护理模式在药物性镇痛分娩产妇中应用效果分析。方法:将我院2023年1月到12月住院分娩的160例药物性镇痛分娩产妇,数字表随机法分对照组和研究组二组。对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予个性化整体护理模式。比较两组的分娩护理效果,结果:研究组在分娩疼痛程度、焦虑自评量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);产科护理服务满意度、阴道分娩率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);产程总时间、产后出血量和产后排尿时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组新生儿窒息率和产后出血率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:药物性镇痛分娩中为产妇提供个性化整体护理,可减轻产妇分娩疼痛和焦虑程度,提高阴道分娩率和产科护理服务满意度,缩短产程、减少产后出血量,促进产妇身收恢复,缩短排尿时间,值得推广。

Objective:To study the effect of personalized holistic nursing model in drug analgesia.Methods:The numbers of 160 drug-induced analgesic delivery women in our hospital from January to December 2023 were divided into control and study groups.The control group was given the usual care,and the study group gave the individualized holistic care model.Comparing the effect of delivery care between the two groups,the results showed that the pain,anxiety were statistically significant(P<0.05);the obstetric care satisfaction and vaginal delivery rate were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total labor time,postpartum bleeding and postpartum urination time were lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and neonatal asphyxia rate in the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Providing personalized holistic care for puerpera in drug-induced analgesic delivery can reduce the pain and anxiety of puerpera delivery,improve the rate of vaginal delivery and the satisfaction of obstetric care services,shorten the labor process,reduce the amount of postpartum bleeding,promote the recovery of puerpera and shorten the time of urination,which is worth promoting.
