强化宣教联合综合护理在坏死性筋膜炎患者中的应用及效果观察

目的:探究坏死性筋膜炎患者采用强化宣教联合综合护理干预的临床效果。方法:研究开展时间为2022年3月-2023年3月,样本为本院收治58例肛周坏死性筋膜炎患者,通过电脑软件抽签分为研究组(n=29)、对照组(n=29)。对照组患者为基础护理,研究组患者为强化宣教联合综合护理,比较两组健康知识掌握评分、视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)、并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果:护理干预后研究组患者健康知识掌握评分高于对照组(P<0.05);护理干预后研究组患者VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:坏死性筋膜炎患者采用强化宣教联合综合护理可提高患者健康知识掌握水平,缓解疼痛,降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of intensive education combined with comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with necrotizing fasciitis.Methods:The study was conducted from March 2022 to March 2023.The sample was 58 patients with perianal necrotizing fasciitis admitted to the hospital,which were divided into study group(n=29)and control group(n=29)by computer software lottery.The patients in the control group were basic nursing,and the patients in the research group were intensive education combined with comprehensive nursing.The two groups were compared with health knowledge mastery score,visual analog pain score(VAS),complication rate,and nursing satisfaction.Results:After nursing intervention,the health knowledge score of the patients was higher than the control group(P<0.05);the VAS score was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the complication rate was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with necrotizing fasciitis can improve their health knowledge,relieve pain,reduce the complication rate,and improve nursing satisfaction.
