宫颈癌患者放疗后使用阴道扩张器依从性的质性研究

目的:了解宫颈癌患者放疗后使用阴道扩张器的真实体验,探讨患者依从性,为提高阴道扩张器的使用率及预防阴道粘连提供参考依据。方法:采用目的抽样,选取2023年3月-2024年3月入住福州某甲等三级肿瘤医院宫颈癌接受放疗15例患者进行半结构化访谈,采用Colaizzi 7步分析法进行资料归纳并提炼主题。结果:提炼出负性心理、知识缺乏、积极治疗三个主题,为开展个性化护理措施提供参考。结论:阴道扩张器是预防放疗后发生阴道粘连的有效措施,医务人员应对患者做好健康宣教,告知患者阴道扩张器的作用,增加患者依从性。

Objective To investigate the real experience of using vaginal dilator in patients with cervical cancer after radiotherapy,and to discuss the patient compliance,so as to provide reference for improving the utilization rate of vaginal dilator and preventing vaginal adhesion.Methods Objective sampling was used to select 15 patients who received radiotherapy for cervical cancer in a grade-A and grade-III cancer hospital in Fuzhou from March 2023 to March 2024 for semi-structured interviews.Data were summarized and themes were extracted by Colaizzi 7-step analysis method.Results Three themes of negative psychology,lack of knowledge and active treatment were extracted to provide reference for developing individualized nursing measures.Conclusion Vaginal dilator is an effective measure to prevent vaginal adhesion after radiotherapy.Medical staff should give health education to patients,inform patients of the role of vaginal dilator,and increase patients'compliance.
