摘要
目的:研究消化内镜中心中实施优质护理服务的效果。方法:将140例在消化内镜中心进行检查的患者随机分成两组,患者接受消化内镜检查的时间段为检查时间自2023年10月持续至2024年4月,对照组所用服务模式为常规护理,观察组所用服务模式为优质护理,比较两组患者接受护理服务后对消化内镜诊疗相关知识知晓情况、入院时与检查前10min汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、不良反应情况和患者护理总满意度。结果:观察组患者对消化内镜相关知识总知晓率明显较对照组高(P<0.05)。入院时患者心理状态评分差异不显著(P>0.05),检查前10min观察组有着相对更低的HAMA和HAMD评分(P<0.05)。观察组有着更低的不良反应总发生率(P<0.05)。观察组有着更高的护理总满意度(P<0.05)。结论:消化内镜中心为接受消化内镜检查的患者提供优质护理服务有助于提高其对消化内镜诊疗相关知识的认知,减轻其心理应激反应并改善其心理状态,对于控制不良反应和提高患者护理总满意度可发挥积极作用。
Objective:To study the effectiveness of implementing high-quality nursing services in digestive endoscopy centers.Method:140 patients who underwent examination at the digestive endoscopy center were randomly divided into two groups.The patients underwent digestive endoscopy examination from October 2023 to April 2024.The control group(n=70)and the observation group(n=70)received routine nursing services and high-quality nursing services,respectively.The two groups of patients were compared in terms of their knowledge of digestive endoscopy diagnosis and treatment,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)scores at admission and 10 minutes before the examination,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores,adverse reactions,and overall patient nursing satisfaction after receiving nursing services.Result:The total awareness rate of digestive endoscopy related knowledge in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the psychological status scores of patients upon admission(P>0.05),and the HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group 10 minutes before the examination(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The overall nursing satisfaction of the observation group patients was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Providing high-quality nursing services to patients undergoing digestive endoscopy examination by the Digestive Endoscopy Center can help improve their understanding of digestive endoscopy diagnosis and treatment related knowledge,alleviate their psychological stress reactions,and improve their psychological status.It can play a positive role in controlling adverse reactions and improving the overall satisfaction of patient care.
