腹腔镜全子宫切除术患者在手术室护理中应用复合保温护理措施对其体温及术后苏醒的影响

目的:分析子宫肌瘤护理期间,行护士-家属合作式照护模式的效果。方法:实验中病人66名,时间控制在:2021.1-2023.1,随机建组,将行常规护理设置对照组,行护士-家属合作式照护模式设置为观察组,将患者实验数据结果对比。结果:未行护理之前,组间各项数值对比,P>0.05;经护理之后,患者的术后指标明显改善,且观察组患者的社会水平分值以及生活质量分值优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:子宫肌瘤患者经护理中,通过护士-家属合作式照护模式,能够使患者在术后尽快恢复,提高患者社会活动能力,使患者的身心均得到提高,保证其生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the impact of composite insulation nursing measures on the body temperature and postoperative recovery of patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy in the operating room.Method:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 72 patients who underwent laparoscopic total hysterectomy in our hospital from November 2021 to November 2023.The nursing measures in the operating room were divided into a conventional group(36 cases,conventional operating room nursing)and a composite group(36 cases,operating room nursing+composite insulation nursing),and the application value of the two nursing modes was compared and analyzed.Result:There was no significant difference in vital signs such as body temperature,SBP,DBP,and heart rate between the two groups of patients during the T0 time period(P>0.05),but the composite group of patients during the T1 to T3 time period had significantly higher vital signs such as body temperature,SBP,DBP,and heart rate than the conventional group(P<0.05).In addition,the composite group of patients had significantly lower postoperative extubation time,deep anesthesia awakening time,complete wakefulness time,incidence of adverse events,and stress response indicators such as Cor and NE than the conventional group(P<0.05).The postoperative physiological comfort,environmental comfort,and psychological comfort scores were also significantly higher than the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of composite insulation nursing measures in the operating room nursing of patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy can effectively stabilize their perioperative vital signs,shorten the postoperative extubation and anesthesia recovery time,reduce the risk of adverse events,improve patient comfort,reduce surgical stress reactions,and advocate clinical application.
