品管圈活动联合临床护理路径模式护理在脑梗塞恢复期患者中的应用价值探析

目的:进一步评估研究品管圈活动联合临床护理路径模式护理对脑梗塞恢复期患者的应用价值与干预效果。方法:本次研究中纳入我院在时间段2023年6月~2023年12月期间收入治疗的脑梗塞恢复期患者共计100例作为研究对象,入组患者经编号奇偶性进行随机分组处理,分别将50例患者纳入对照组以及观察组中。被纳入对照组中患者接受常规护理措施干预,被纳入观察组中患者接受品管圈活动联合临床护理路径模式护理干预。我们尝试对被纳入对照组、观察组中患者接受不同护理干预模式下神经功能评分结果的差异、日常生活自理能力评分结果的差异、以及护理满意度调查结果差异进行对比分析。结果:我们尝试对被纳入对照组、观察组中患者接受不同护理干预模式下神经功能评分结果的差异进行对比,观察组经护理干预后评分均值测定为(6.01±0.56)分,显著低于本组护理干预前均值(12.18±1.33)分以及对照组护理干预后均值(9.53±0.42)分,差异显著即P检验值<0.05,具备统计学范畴意义。我们尝试对被纳入对照组、观察组中患者接受不同护理干预模式下日常生活自理能力评分结果的差异进行对比,观察组经护理干预后评分均值测定为(51.58±0.98)分,显著高于本组护理干预前均值(31.88±1.57)分以及对照组护理干预后均值(40.25±0.39)分,差异显著即P检验值<0.05,具备统计学范畴意义。我们尝试对被纳入对照组、观察组中患者接受不同护理干预模式下护理服务满意度调查结果的差异进行对比,被纳入对照组中50例患者中共38例患者达到一般满意及以上标准,护理满意度计算结果为76.00%(38/50);被纳入观察组中50例患者中共48例患者达到一般满意及以上标准,护理满意度计算结果为96.00%(48/50)。两组对比差异显著即P检验值<0.05,具备统计学范畴意义。结论:品管圈活动联合临床护理路径模式护理对脑梗塞恢复期患者的应用价值确切,在改善患者神经功能以及日常生活自理能力方面效果确切,并对提升护理满意度有积极价值,值得临床采纳并推广应用。

Objective:To further evaluate the application value and intervention effect of quality control circle activities combined with clinical nursing pathway model nursing on patients with cerebral infarction in the recovery period.Method:In this study,a total of 100 patients with cerebral infarction who were admitted to our hospital for treatment during the recovery period from June 2023 to December 2023 were included as the study subjects.The enrolled patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group based on the parity of their numbers.Patients included in the control group received routine nursing interventions,while patients included in the observation group received quality control circle activities combined with clinical nursing pathway nursing interventions.We attempted to compare and analyze the differences in neurological function scores,daily living self-care ability scores,and nursing satisfaction survey results among patients included in the control group and observation group who received different nursing intervention modes.As a result,we attempted to compare the differences in neurological function scores between the control group and the observation group under different nursing intervention modes.The mean score of the observation group after nursing intervention was measured to be(6.01±0.56)points,which was significantly lower than the mean score before nursing intervention in this group(12.18±1.33)points and the mean score after nursing intervention in the control group(9.53±0.42)points.The difference was significant,with a P-test value<0.05,indicating statistical significance.We attempted to compare the differences in daily life self-care ability scores between the control group and the observation group under different nursing intervention modes.The average score of the observation group after nursing intervention was measured to be(51.58±0.98)points,which was significantly higher than the pre nursing intervention mean(31.88±1.57)points of this group and the post nursing intervention mean(40.25±0.39)points of the control group.The difference was significant,with a P-test value<0.05,indicating statistical significance.We attempted to compare the differences in nursing service satisfaction survey results between the control group and the observation group under different nursing intervention modes.Among the 50 patients included in the control group,a total of 38 patients met the standard of general satisfaction or above,and the nursing satisfaction calculation result was 76.00%(38/50);Among the 50 patients included in the observation group,a total of 48 patients met the standard of general satisfaction or above,and the nursing satisfaction calculation result was 96.00%(48/50).The difference between the two groups is significant,with a P-test value<0.05,indicating statistical significance.Conclusion:The application value of quality control circle activities combined with clinical nursing pathway mode nursing for patients with cerebral infarction in the recovery period is definite,and it has a definite effect on improving their neurological function and daily self-care ability.It also has positive value in enhancing nursing satisfaction and is worthy of clinical adoption and promotion.
