临床护理路径结合预见性护理在泛发性湿疹患者中的应用

目的:研究临床护理路径结合预见性护理在泛发性湿疹患者中点应用效果。方法:选取2023年2月~2023年7月期间在丰城市第三人民医院接受治疗的泛发性湿疹患者作为研究对象,共80例,随机(按照随机数表法)分为观察组40例与对照组40例。对照组采取常规护理模式,观察组则给予临床护理路径结合预见性护理模式,两组泛发性湿疹患者均护理至出院。出院时,比较两组患者的护理效果及治疗过程中的并发症,比较两组患者护理前与出院时的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分。结果:出院时,观察组的护理总有效率(90.00%)明显高于对照组(70.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的总并发症发生率(5.00%)低于对照组(25.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理之前,比较两组的SAS评分,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);出院时,两组SAS评分均降低,其中观察组患者的SAS评分为(46.21±2.24)分,明显低于对照组的(49.58±2.52)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对采用此种护理模式的满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径结合预见性护理对泛发性湿疹患者护理效果显著,可明显的降低患者患病后的焦虑情绪,减少并发症,在临床应用中值得推广。

Objective:To study the application effect of clinical nursing pathway combined with predictive nursing in patients with generalized eczema.Method:80 cases patients with generalized eczema who received treatment in Fengcheng Third People's Hospital from February to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly(according to the random number table method)divided into an observation group of 40 cases and a control group of 40 cases.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received a combination of clinical nursing pathways and predictive nursing care.Both groups of patients with generalized eczema received nursing care until discharge.At discharge,compare the nursing effectiveness and complications during treatment between two groups of patients,and compare the scores of the Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)before and at discharge.Result:At discharge,the total nursing effective rate of the observation group patients was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than the 70.00%of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the total complications of the observation group patients was 5.00%,which was significantly lower than the 25.00%of the control group patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in SAS scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);from nursing to discharge,the SAS scores of the two groups of patients significantly decreased,and the SAS scores of the observation group patients was(46.21±2.24)points,which was significantly lower than the control group's(49.58±2.52)points,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the observation group with nursing care was significantly higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of clinical nursing pathway and predictive nursing has a significant nursing effect on patients with generalized eczema,which can significantly reduce their anxiety and complications after illness,and it is worth promoting in clinical application.
