叙事护理结合预见性护理在创伤性骨折患者中的应用效果

目的:研究叙事护理结合预见性护理在创伤性骨折患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月~2022年12月我院接诊的行四肢创伤骨折术的60例患者作为本次的研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予叙事护理结合预见性护理。比较两组患者的抢救时间、住院时间,护理前后的心理状况和疼痛评分,以及并发症和满意度。结果:观察组抢救时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者的HAMD、HAMA和疼痛评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者的HAMD、HAMA和疼痛评分均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症的总发生率(3.33%)显著低于对照组(26.67%,P<0.05)。观察组满意度(93.33%)显著高于对照组(70.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:叙事护理结合预见性护理在创伤性骨折患者中的应用效果显著,能够明显缩短患者的抢救和住院时间,并缓解疼痛,值得临床上应用及推广。

Objective To study the effect of narrative nursing combined with predictive nursing in patients with traumatic fracture.Methods 60 patients treated in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 who underwent traumatic fracture of limbs were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given narrative nursing combined with predictive nursing.The rescue time,hospital stay,psychological status and pain scores before and after nursing,as well as complications and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The rescue time and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in HAMD,HAMA and pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,HAMD,HAMA and pain scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group(3.33%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(26.67%,P<0.05).The satisfaction of observation group(93.33%)was significantly higher than that of control group(70.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of narrative nursing combined with predictive nursing in patients with traumatic fracture is remarkable,which can significantly shorten the rescue and hospitalization time of patients,and relieve pain,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
