360度护理模式用于高血压脑出血手术患者对DVT的预防效果及对心理状态的影响

目的:探究360度护理模式用于高血压脑出血手术患者对深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的预防效果及对心理状态的影响。方法:选取2019年6月至2023年6月我院施行高血压脑出血手术患者72例,随机分为观察组36例及对照组36例。对照组施行常规护理模式,观察组施行360度护理模式。评价对比两组患者的下肢静脉血流速度、DVT发生率及心理状态。结果:术后7d,两组下肢静脉血流峰速度及平均流速均升高,且与对照组(34.97±4.22)cm/s、(31.92±2.98)cm/s比较,观察组(45.52±4.30)cm/s、(38.73±3.14)cm/s显著高(P<0.05);观察组DVT发生率(5.56%)显著低于对照组(22.22%)(P<0.05);两组SAS及SDS评分均降低,且与对照组(41.58±4.28)分、(39.15±3.97)分比较,观察组(32.25±3.16)分、(28.65±3.08)分显著低(P<0.05);术后7d及术后1个月,两组评分均升高,且与对照组(62.17±3.88)分、(75.36±3.87)分比较,观察组(71.21±4.14)分、(83.97±4.23)分显著高(P<0.05)。结论:360度护理模式用于高血压脑出血手术患者,可降低DVT发生风险,有显著预防DVT效果,可改善患者心理状态,提高生活质量水平。

Objective:To investigate the preventive effect of 360-degree nursing mode on deep vein thrombosis(DVT)in patients undergoing operation for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,and the influence on mental state.Methods:72 patients who underwent operation for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in the hospital from June 2019 to June 2023 were selected,and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received 360-degree nursing.The two groups were compared in terms of lower limb venous blood flow velocity,the incidence of DVT,and mental state.Results:Seven days after operation,peak velocity and mean velocity of lower limb venous blood flow in both groups increased.Peak velocity and mean velocity of lower limb venous blood flow in the observation group[(45.52±4.30)cm/s and(38.73±3.14)cm/s]were significantly higher than those in the control group[(34.97±4.22)cm/s and(31.92±2.98)cm/s](P<0.05).The incidence of DVT in the observation group(5.56%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(22.22%)(P<0.05).The SAS scores and SDS scores of both groups decreased.The scores of the observation group[(32.25±3.16)and(28.65±3.08)]were significantly lower than those of the control group[(41.58±4.28)and(39.15±3.97)](P<0.05).7 days and 1 month after operation,the SF-36 scores of both groups increased.The SF-36 scores of the observation group[(71.21±4.14)and(83.97±4.23)]were significantly higher than those of the control group[(62.17±3.88)and(75.36±3.87)](P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying the 360-degree nursing mode to patients undergoing operation for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage can reduce the risk of DVT,improve the patients'mental state,and improve their life quality.
