中医辨证施护联合督脉艾灸对痛经患者疼痛程度、生活质量及血清炎症因子的影响

目的:探讨中医辨证施护联合督脉艾灸对痛经患者疼痛程度、生活质量及血清炎症因子的影响。方法:选择2020年2月至2022年12月本院接诊的72例痛经患者作为研究对象。随机数表法随机分为观察组(n=36)和对照组(n=36)。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予中医辨证施护联合督脉艾灸。比较两组患者干预前后疼痛程度(VAS)、生活质量(QOL-BREF)评分,血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)水平、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α),干预结束后比较两组护理满意度。结果:干预后,观察组VAS评分为(6.21±1.06)分,低于对照组的(8.15±1.51)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组QOL-BREF评分为(109.45±8.78)分,高于对照组的(98.21±7.32)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组IL-6、hsCRP、TNF-α水平分别为(34.27±9.21)ug/L、(1.57±0.54)mg/L、(28.23±8.67)ug/L,均低于对照组的[(43.71±10.13)ug/L、(3.23±0.81)mg/L、(40.26±9.58)ug/L],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为94.44%,明显高于对照组的(72.22%,P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证施护联合督脉艾灸可有效降低痛经患者疼痛程度,调节炎症反应,改善患者生活质量,提高护理满意度,值得运用推广。

Objective To explore the effects of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nursing combined with Du meridian moxibustion on the degree of pain,quality of life,and serum inflammatory factors in dysmenorrhea patients.Methods 72 dysmenorrhea patients who were admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.Randomly divide into an observation group(n=36)and a control group(n=36)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nursing combined with Du meridian moxibustion.The scores of pain severity(VAS),quality of life(QOL-BREF),serum levels of Interleukin 6(IL-6),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs CRP),tumor necrosis factor(TNF),Tumor Necrosis Factor-α(TNF-α)were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.After the intervention,the nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the VAS score of the observation group was(6.21±1.06)points,lower than the control group's(8.15±1.51)points,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The QOL-BREF score of the observation group was(109.45±8.78)points,which was higher than the control group's(98.21±7.32)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);IL-6,hs CRP and TNF-αlevels of observation group were(34.27±9.21)ug/L,(1.57±0.54)mg/L,and(28.23±8.67)ug/L,respectively,lower than the control group's(43.71±10.13)ug/L,(3.23±0.81)mg/L,and(40.26±9.58)ug/L,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 94.44%,significantly higher than that of the control group by 72.22%(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nursing combined with Du meridian moxibustion can effectively reduce the degree of pain in dysmenorrhea patients,regulate inflammatory reactions,improve patient quality of life,and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
