植入式静脉输液港在恶性肿瘤患者治疗中的应用分析

目的:探讨植入式静脉输液港应用应用于恶性肿瘤患者中的效果。方法:研究病例为恶性肿瘤患者,样本量为90例,均为厦门市中医院收治,时间为2022年5月~2023年5月,根据不同置管方式将患者分为2组,组别为45例静脉导管组(应用经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管)和45例输液港组(应用植入式静脉输液港)。比较两组应用情况,包括穿刺置管情况、操作情况,记录患者导管相关并发症发生情况,同时通过随访比较患者导管使用后生活质量。结果:输液港组和静脉导管组各项观察指标比较,两组间一次置管成功率差异不显著(P>0.05),输液港组意外拔管率和并发症发生率明显更低(P<0.05),置管操作时间更长(P<0.05),导管留置时间也更长(P<0.05),导管留置后生活质量评分明显更高(P<0.05)。结论:恶性肿瘤患者治疗中应用植入式静脉输液港可有效延长导致留置时间,有利于减少意外拔管和并发症发生,患者置管后生活和活动受限较小,生活质量更高,值得推广。

Objective:Explore the effectiveness of implantable intravenous infusion port application in malignant tumor patients.Method:The study included 90 patients with malignant tumors,all of whom were admitted to Xiamen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023.The patients were divided into two groups based on different catheterization methods:45 venous catheterization groups(using central venous catheterization through peripheral veins)and 45 infusion port groups(using implantable venous infusion ports).Compare the application status of two groups,including puncture catheterization and operation,record the occurrence of catheter related complications in patients,and compare the quality of life of patients after catheter use through follow-up.Result:The comparison of various observation indicators between the infusion port group and the venous catheter group showed no significant difference in the success rate of onetime catheterization between the two groups(P>0.05).The infusion port group had significantly higher rates of accidental extubation and complications(P<0.05),longer catheterization operation time(P<0.05),longer catheter retention time(P<0.05),and significantly higher quality of life scores after catheter retention(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of implantable intravenous infusion ports in the treatment of malignant tumor patients can effectively prolong the retention time,which is beneficial for reducing accidental extubation and complications.Patients with indwelling catheters have less limited life and activity,and have a higher quality of life,which is worth promoting.
