摘要
目的:探究护患沟通在高血压护理过程中的作用效果。方法:选取在2021年1月至2023年1月收治的70例高血压患者,随机分为观察组(护患沟通)、对照组(常规护理)各35人。干预前后,对比两组护理满意度,血压、生活质量改善情况。结果:相比对照组,观察组护理满意度高,且血压水平、生活质量改善效果更佳(P<0.05)。结论:护患沟通在高血压护理过程中的作用非常显著,可以获得更好的护理满意度,能够有效控制血压水平,提升生活质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of nurse patient communication in the process of hypertension nursing.Methods:70 patients with hypertension admitted in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were randomly divided into observation group(nurse patient communication)and control group(routine nursing)with 35 patients in each group.Before and after the intervention,the nursing satisfaction,blood pressure and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:compared with the control group,the observation group had higher nursing satisfaction,and better blood pressure level and quality of life improvement(p<0.05).Conclusion:nurse patient communication plays a very significant role in the nursing process of hypertension,which can obtain better nursing satisfaction,effectively control the blood pressure level and improve the quality of life.
