早期康复护理对促进老年心血管病患者预后改善所发挥的作用评价

目的:分析和评价老年心血管疾病患者采用早期康复护理对其预后产生的影响。方法:将86例在厦门大学附属第一医院进行治疗的老年心血管疾病患者随机分成对照组(n=43)和观察组(n=43),治疗时间段为2021年3月~2022年3月,对照组所用护理模式为常规护理干预,观察组联合应用早期康复护理模式,对比干预后两组患者健康行为,干预前后情绪状态变化情况及生活质量改善情况。结果:观察组各项健康行为构成比均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前两组患者情绪状态评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组患者抑郁自评量表(SDS)与焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分更低,两组情绪状态差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前两组患者健康调查简表(SF-36)生活质量各维度评分与总评分无明显差异,干预后观察组患者各项目评分均显著更高且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年心血管疾病患者采用早期康复护理能够规范其健康行为,改善其情绪状态,可促进其生活质量提升。

Objective:To analyze and evaluate the impact of early rehabilitation nursing on the prognosis of elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases.Methods:86 elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases who were treated in First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University were randomly divided into a control group(n=43)and an observation group(n=43).The treatment period was from March 2021 to March 2022.The nursing mode used in the control group was routine nursing intervention.The observation group was combined with an early rehabilitation nursing mode.After the intervention,the health behavior,emotional state changes,and quality of life improvement of the two groups were compared.Results:The constituent ratios of various health behaviors in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the emotional state scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the patients in the observation group had lower scores on the Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and the Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),and the difference in emotional state between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference between the scores of each dimension of quality of life and the total score on the Short Form of Health Survey(SF-36)between the two groups.After the intervention,the scores of each item in the observation group were significantly higher and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation nursing for elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases can standardize their health behaviors,improve their emotional state,and promote their quality of life.
