穴位刺激对膝关节骨性关节炎关节肌力的影响

目的:探讨穴位刺激对膝关节骨性关节炎患者关节肌力的影响。方法选择在院就医的膝关节骨性关节炎患者开展研究,取例126例,时间为2017年7月至2022年5月。根据简单随机盲选法,分成研究组(63例)、对照组(63例)。比较患者治疗前、治疗21d的血清学指标[基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)、骨保护素(OPG)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)]、膝关节肌力[屈曲肌和伸直肌的肌肉最大收缩肌力(PT)、肌肉做功效率功率(AP)]、膝关节活动功能(KOOS评分)。结果治疗21d,研究组、对照组MMP-3、IL-1β、KOOS评分的症状、疼痛维度评分均降低,研究组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组、对照组OPG、屈曲肌、伸直肌的PT、AP、KOOS评分的日常生活活动、娱乐及运动功能、生活质量维度评分均升高,研究组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膝关节骨性关节炎应用穴位刺激疗法,可缓解患者膝关节疼痛,降低关节炎症,调节膝关节的骨代谢水平,改善膝关节活动功能,还可促进膝关节肌力恢复。

Objective:To investigate the effect of acupoint stimulation on joint muscle strength in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods 126 patients with knee osteoarthritis in hospital were selected for the study from July 2017 to May 2022.According to the simple random blind selection method,they were divided into study group(63 cases)and control group(63 cases).Serological indexes[matrix metalloproteinase-3(MMP-3),osteoprotestor(OPG),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)],knee muscle strength[maximum contractile muscle strength of flexor and extentor muscles(PT),muscle work efficiency power(AP)]and knee motor function(KOOS score)were compared before treatment and 21 days after treatment.Results After 21 days of treatment,symptoms and pain dimension scores of MMP-3,IL-1βand KOOS scores were decreased in the study group and the control group,but lower in the study group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).OPG,PT,AP,KOOS scores of flexor and extentor muscle in the study group and the control group were higher than those in the study group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint stimulation therapy for knee osteoarthritis can relieve knee pain,reduce joint inflammation,regulate bone metabolism of knee joint,improve knee joint activity and promote the recovery of knee joint muscle strength.
