柔性护理在分娩球配合自由体位助产中的应用及对新生儿出生质量的影响

目的:研究柔性护理在分娩球配合自由体位助产中的应用及对新生儿出生质量的影响。方法:此次研究于医院产科选取2020年6月~2021年6月收治的126例产妇作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将入组产妇分为柔性组和对照组,柔性组在分娩球配合自由体位助产的基础上实施柔性护理措施,对照组采取常规护理措施,对比两组产妇的产后出血量、疼痛评分、不良事件发生率和护理满意度以及新生儿的出生质量。结果:柔性组的产后出血量、疼痛评分、不良事件发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);柔性组的护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);柔性组的新生儿窒息发生率低于对照组(P>0.05),产伤发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),柔性组的Apgar评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在助产护理中使用分娩球配合自由体位助产方式,能够使产妇的分娩状况得到显著改善,同时应用柔性护理措施,能够使护理人员更加深刻地了解产妇的需求,以人性化、个性化的护理措施,提升产妇分娩过程的顺利性和安全性,同时能够大力避免新生儿窒息、产伤等不良事件的发生,有助于新生儿出生质量的提升,促进产妇和新生儿的长远发展,适宜广泛应用于临床助产护理中。

Objective:To study the application of flexible nursing in the delivery ball combined with free position midwifery and its effect on the birth quality of newborns.Methods:In this study,126 puerperae who were admitted to the hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.The random number table method was used to divide the enrolled women into a flexible group and a control group.The flexible group was treated with the delivery ball.Flexible nursing measures were implemented on the basis of free-position midwifery,and routine nursing measures were adopted in the control group.The postpartum hemorrhage volume,pain score,incidence of adverse events,nursing satisfaction,and neonatal birth quality were compared between the two groups.Results:The postpartum hemorrhage volume,pain score,and incidence of adverse events in the flexible group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction in the flexible group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the newborns in the flexible group The incidence of asphyxia was lower than that of the control group(P>0.05),the incidence of birth injury was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the Apgar score of the flexible group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of birthing balls and free position midwifery in midwifery nursing can significantly improve the delivery status of puerperae.At the same time,the application of flexible nursing measures can enable nurses to have a deeper understanding of the needs of puerperae,and use humanized and individualized methods.It can improve the smoothness and safety of the mother's delivery process,and at the same time,it can vigorously avoid the occurrence of adverse events such as neonatal asphyxia and birth injury,which will help improve the quality of newborns and promote the long-term development of mothers and newborns,suitable for a wide range of clinical midwifery care.
