综合护理干预对人工流产患者焦虑的影响

目的:研究对人工流产患者实施综合护理干预对焦虑的影响。方法:从2018年1月-2022年1月择取400例人工流产患者,将其按照数字随机表法分组,每组200例,对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施综合护理干预,对照分析两组人工流产后疼痛评分,评估两组护理干预前后的负性情绪及人工流产后的心理状态、生活质量,观察两组人工流产并发症情况。结果:(1)疼痛评分:人工流产后4小时、12小时、24小时、72小时研究组评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)负性情绪:干预前,组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,两组焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪得到改善,研究组评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)心理状态:人工流产后,研究组焦虑、抑郁、敌对、恐怖、人际关系敏感、躯体化、强迫症状、偏执、精神病性、睡眠评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(4)生活质量:人工流产后,研究组躯体功能、物质生活态度、心理功能、社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(5)并发症:研究组人流综合征、感染、宫腔粘连等总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于人工流产患者来说,综合护理干预的实施可以减轻疼痛,改善负性情绪及心理状态,提高患者生活质量,避免并发症的发生,临床价值显著。

Objective:To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on anxiety in patients with artificial abortion.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2022,400 patients with induced abortion were selected and randomly divided into the control group with routine nursing and the study group with comprehensive nursing intervention,and the nursing effect was compared.Results:①Pain score:4 hours,12 hours,24 hours and 72 hours after induced abortion,the scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);②Negative emotion:Before intervention,there was no significant difference between groups(P>0.05),after intervention,the score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);③Psychological state:after induced abortion,the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);④Quality of life:after induced abortion,the scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);⑤Complications:The total incidence of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with induced abortion,the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce pain,improve negative emotions and psychological state,improve the quality of life of patients,avoid the occurrence of complications.
