基于纽曼护理模式手术室护理对腹腔镜全子宫切除术的影响研究

目的:分析基于纽曼护理模式手术室护理对腹腔镜全子宫切除术患者的影响。方法:选2019年1月-2022年1月广东省第二中医院手术室接收的120例行腹腔镜全子宫切除术病人纳入研究,将样本数据录入计算机后随机抽样,以随机数字表法分成两个组别,分别为对照、观察组,其中对照组病人给与常规护理,观察组基于纽曼护理模式手术室护理,观察两组护理效果。结果:护理后,观察组病人的HAD总分、焦虑得分、抑郁得分分别为17.72±4.81分、9.62±2.46分、9.75±2.23分,明显低于对照组,P<0.05。观察组病人的排气、初次进食、住院、下床活动的时间为17.62±1.78h、32.67±4.42h、11.52±2.20d、23.36±4.84d,明显短于对照组,P<0.05。护理后,观察组四个维度的希望水平的分数明显高于对照组,P<0.05。观察组出现并发症3例,占5.00%,明显低于对照组10例(16.67%),P<0.05。结论:对于腹腔镜全子宫切除术患病人在手术室护理中融入纽曼护理策略,不仅可以有效改善病人术前情绪,提高患者希望水平,同时能明显改善病人手术后的结局,降低并发症。

Objective TO ANALYZE THE EFFECT OF OPERATING ROOM NURSING BASED ON Newman NURSING MODEL on PATIENTS undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy.Methods From January 2019 to January 2022,120 patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy in the operating room of the Second Middle School Hospital of Guangdong Province were enrolled in this study.The sample data were input into the computer and randomly selected.The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,which were the control group and the observation group.The observation group was based on the operating room nursing of Newman nursing model,and the nursing effects of the two groups were observed.Results After nursing,the total score of HAD,anxiety score and depression score of the observation group were 17.72±4.81,9.62±2.46,9.75±2.23,which were significantly lower than those of the control group,P<0.05.The time of exhaust,first feeding,hospitalization and ambulation in the observation group were 17.62±1.78h,32.67±4.42h,11.52±2.20d,23.36±4.84d,which were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of the four dimensions of hope level in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Complications occurred in 3 cases(5.00%)in the observation group,which was significantly lower than 10 cases(16.67%)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions For patients with laparoscopic total hysterectomy in the operating room nursing into Newman nursing strategy,not only can effectively improve the preoperative mood of patients,improve the patient's hope level,at the same time can significantly improve the outcome of patients after surgery,reduce complications.
