ICU患者院内远距离转运位点划分方案的构建及实践

Construction and practice of intra-hospital long-distance transport protocol for ICU patients

目的构建ICU患者院内远距离转运位点划分方案,并分析其临床应用效果。方法针对患者转运过程中存在的问题,采用专家会议法对ICU患者院内转运方案进行优化。将北京市某三级甲等医院2020年1月—4月收治在ICU实施院内转运的60例患者设为对照组,2020年5月—12月收治在ICU实施院内转运的83例患者设为试验组。比较两组转运前后病情变化、管路堵塞及脱落发生率、设备故障发生率。结果实施院内转运方案后,两组心率波动发生率(试验组6.0%,对照组18.3%)、血压波动发生率(试验组4.8%,对照组15.0%)、SpO2变化率(试验组2.4%,对照组13.3%)、管路堵塞及脱落发生率(试验组2.4%,对照组13.3%)、设备故障发生率(试验组0,对照组8.3%)比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ICU患者院内远距离转运位点划分方案可提高危重患者院内转运的安全性。

Objective To construction the intra-hospital long-distance transport protocol for ICU patients and analyze its clinical application effects.Methods According to the problems in the process of patient transport,the expert meeting method was used to optimize the intra-hospital transport protocol of ICU patients.A total of 60 patients undergoing intra-hospital transport in the ICU of a tertiary grade A hospital in Beijing from January to April 2020 were set as the control group,and 83 patients undergoing intra-hospital transport from May to December2020 were set as the intervention group.Changes of the patient’s condition,the incidence of pipeline blockage and shedding,the incidence of equipment failure were compared between the two groups before and after transport.Results After the implementation of intra-hospital long-distance transport protocol,the differences of the heart rate fluctuation rate(experimental group 6.0%,control group 18.3%),blood pressure fluctuation rate(experimental group4.8%,control group 15.0%),blood oxygen saturation change rate(experimental group 2.4%,control group 13.3%),pipeline blockage and peeling rate(experimental group 2.4%,control group 13.3%),equipment failure rate(experimental group 0,control group 8.3%)between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intra-hospital long-distance transport protocol of ICU patients can improve the safety of intrahospital transport of critically ill patients.
