Status and development direction of core competencies cultivation of master of nursing specialist in emergency and critical care

护理专业学位硕士研究生的培养是满足临床对急危重症高级实践护士需求的重要途径。该文综述了护理专业学位硕士研究生急危重症核心能力的研究现状,通过借鉴国外急危重症高级实践护士核心能力的培养方案,提出在中国现有国情下护理专业学位硕士研究生培养的相关建议,为进一步培养中国急危重症专业护理人才提供参考依据。

Cultivating master of nursing specialist in emergency and critical care is a significant way to meet the advanced practical needs of clinical emergency and critical care.This paper summarized the research status of the core competence of master of nursing specialist in emergency and critical care.Based on drawing on the core competence training program of foreign advanced practice nurse in emergency and critical care,the paper puts forward relevant suggestions on cultivating master of sursing specialist in emergency and critical care under the current national conditions in China,hoping to provide reference basis for further cultivating the clinical nursing specialist in emergency and critical care in China.
