臂式有创血流动力学监测传感器固定装置的设计及应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的设计臂式有创血流动力学监测传感器固定装置,并评价其在有创动脉压力监测中的应用效果。方法选取2018年6月—12月在浙江省某三级甲等医院心脏外科术后的160例患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表进行分组。试验组80例使用臂式有创血流动力学监测传感器固定装置将压力传感器固定于患者上臂,对照组80例使用床旁固定法。比较两组调节参考零点位置次数、桡动脉导管脱出率及皮肤舒适度情况。结果试验组调节参考零点位置的次数为158次(16.5%)、对照组为342次(35.6%),两组差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=90.562,P<0.001);试验组桡动脉导管脱出次数为0,对照组为4次,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组压力传感器固定部位皮肤舒适度评分为(1.22±0.42)分,对照组为(1.28±0.45)分,两组差异无统计学意义(t=0.902,P>0.05)。结论臂式有创血流动力学监测传感器固定装置能够有效减少调整压力传感器位置的次数,保证有创动脉压力监测的连续性和准确性,降低桡动脉导管脱出的风险。 Objective To design a new type of sensor fixed device for arm-type invasive hemodynamics monitoring and evaluate the application effects.Methods From June to December 2018,160 patients after cardiopulmonary bypass cardiac surgery in a tertiary hospital in Zhejiang Province were randomly divided into two groups.The invasive hemodynamics monitoring sensor were fixed to the upper arm by the fixed device for 80 patients in the experimental group,and the bedside fixation method was used for 80 patients in the control group.Compared the times of adjusting pressure sensor to the position of reference zero,the removal rate of radial artery catheter,and the comfort of patients.Results The times of adjusting pressure sensor to the position of reference zero in the experimental group and the control group were 158(16.5%)and 342(35.6%),respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=90.562,P<0.001).The times of radial arterial catheter removal in the experimental group and control group were 0 and 4 respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The skin comfort score of the pressure sensors fixation was(1.22±0.42)and(1.28±0.45),respectively,and there was no statistically difference between the two groups(t=0.902,P>0.05).Conclusion The new fixed device of the armtype invasive hemodynamics monitoring pressure sensor can effectively reduce the times of adjusting the position of the pressure sensor,ensure the continuity and accuracy of invasive arterial pressure monitoring,and reduce the risk of radial arterial catheter removal.
