总结1例先天性无痛无汗症合并椎体骨折患儿的术后护理经验。结合患儿病情及特异性进行综合评估,护理要加强体温的监测与管理、预防皮肤损伤、正确摆放体位、早期识别出血的先兆、观察脊髓神经损伤和胃肠道功能情况及合理处理切口感染。经过2个月的精心护理,患儿病情稳定出院。

To summarize the post-operative nursing care for a child with congenital insensitivity to pain with anhidrosis complicated by vertebral fracture.We combined with the condition and specificity of the children to carry out a comprehensive assessment,monitored and managed body temperature,prevented skin injury,performed position and transfer,early identified bleeding signs,observed the condition of spinal cord nerve injury and gastrointestinal function,treated wound infection reasonably.After 2 months of careful nursing,the patient was stable and discharged.
