总结14例误食纽扣电池致食管穿孔患儿的护理经验。护理要点:早期识别食管穿孔,积极预防及处理并发症,胃管作支撑引流用,个性化营养支持,实施延续性护理,落实心理护理。经过治疗和护理,14例患儿均已出院,定期门诊随访中,其中2例择期行瘘修补术。

To summarize the nursing experience of 14 children with esophageal perforation caused by accidental ingestion of button batteries.Nursing points:early identification of esophageal perforation,active prevention and treatment of complications placement of gastric tube for support and drainage,personalized nutritional support,implementation of continuous care and implementation of psychological care.After treatment and nursing,all 14 children have been discharged from the hospital.During regular outpatient follow-up,two of them underwent elective fistula repair.
