上海市二级甲等及以上综合医院急诊护士灾害准备度现状调查

Investigation on disaster preparedness of emergency nurses in secondary class A and tertiary general hospitals in Shanghai

目的探讨上海市二级甲等及以上综合医院急诊护士灾害准备度现状及其影响因素,为开展急诊护士灾害准备度培训提供参考。方法通过目的抽样法,采用急诊护士灾害准备度调查问卷对上海市18所二级甲等及以上综合医院的489名急诊护士进行网络调查。结果上海市二级甲等及以上综合医院急诊护士的灾害准备度得分为(177.07±25.63)分,处于中等水平,其中灾害技术维度得分最低。不同学历、年龄、工作年限和灾害培训经验的护士灾害知识得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同学历、工作年限和灾害培训经验的护士灾害技术得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年龄、工作年限和灾害培训经验的护士灾后管理维度得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元线性回归结果显示,学历、灾害培训经验、年龄是急诊护士灾害准备度总分的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论上海市二级甲等及以上综合医院急诊护士灾害准备能力处于中等水平,年龄较大、学历较高、工作年限长、有灾害培训经验的急诊护士灾害准备度较高,建议制订进一步的灾害护理培训课程,强化二级甲等及以上综合医院急诊护士的灾害准备度。

Objective To investigate the current situation of emergency nurses’disaster preparedness in secondary class A and tertiary general hospitals in Shanghai,and to analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide reference for emergency nurses’disaster preparedness training.Methods Through the purpose sampling method,489 emergency nurses were selected from 18 secondary class A or tertiary general hospitals in Shanghai.Online survey was conducted using the Questionnaire of Disaster Preparedness of Emergency Nurse.Results The disaster preparedness score of emergency nurses in Shanghai secondary class A and tertiary general hospitals was(177.07±25.63),which was in the middle level,and the score of disaster technology dimension was the lowest.In the dimension of disaster knowledge,there were significant differences among nurses with different education background,age,working years and disaster rescue training experience(P<0.05).In the dimension of disaster skills,there were significant differences among nurses with different education,working years and disaster training experience(P<0.05).In the dimension of post disaster management,there were significant differences among nurses with different age,working years and disaster training experience(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression results showed that education,disaster training experience and age were the influencing factors of the disaster preparedness(P<0.05).Conclusion The disaster preparedness ability of emergency nurses in secondary class A and tertiary general hospitals in Shanghai was at the medium level.Emergency nurses with older age,higher education,longer working years and experience in disaster training have higher disaster preparedness.It is necessary to develop further training courses for disaster nursing to strengthen the disaster preparedness ability of emergency nurses.
