南疆医联体内护士脑卒中院前急救的同质化培训及效果评价

Homogenous training of pre-hospital stroke first aid for nurses in southern Xinjiang medical alliance and effect evaluation

目的探讨南疆医联体内护士脑卒中院前急救的同质化培训及效果,为健全区域医疗联合体助力。方法依托新疆阿克苏地区护理学会,由援疆后方医院及技术推广医院提供培训师资,对南疆医联体内7所二级医院急诊科、神经外科、神经内科的32名护士进行脑卒中院前急救的同质化培训,比较其培训前后的理论知识得分、急救技能得分及满意度;并将三级医院已参加过相关培训的32名护士作为对照组,比较两组培训前后理论知识得分、急救技能得分的差异。结果基线调查结果显示,三级医院护士的考核成绩高于二级医院护士,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同质化培训后,二级医院护士的理论知识和操作技能得分较前提高(P<0.05),与三级医院护士比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脑卒中院前急救同质化培训有利于促进南疆医联体内护士理论知识和急救技能水平的提高。

Objective To explore the homogenous training of pre-hospital stroke first aid for nurses in southern Xinjiang medical alliance and its effect,so as to help improve the regional medical alliance.Methods Relying on the Nursing Association of Aksu Region in Xinjiang,32 nurses from the emergency department,neurosurgery department and neurology department of 7 secondary hospitals in southern Xinjiang medical alliance were given homogenous training on pre-hospital stroke first aid,and their theoretical knowledge,skills and satisfaction were compared before and after the training.32 nurses in tertiary hospitals were randomly selected as the control group,and the differences of knowledge and skills between the two groups were compared.Results The results of baseline survey showed that the assessment scores of nurses in tertiary hospitals were higher than those in secondary hospitals,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the homogenous training,the scores of specialized theoretical knowledge and skills of nurses in secondary hospitals were improved(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between nurses in secondary hospitals and tertiary hospitals(P>0.05).Conclusion The homogenous training of the stroke first aid was helpful to promote the improvement of the nurses’professional ability and first aid skills in southern Xinjiang medical alliance.
