应急器械再处理预警模块的构建及应用研究

Construction and application of the early warning module of emergency instruments reprocessing

目的构建消毒供应中心应急器械再处理预警模块并验证其临床应用效果。方法在原有消毒供应中心质量追溯系统中增加应急器械再处理预警模块,内容包括应急器械急消申请,回收、清洗、包装、灭菌、发放流程中的预警提醒和全流程数据监控。比较模块应用前(2020年3月—8月)与模块应用后(2020年9月—2021年2月)应急器械包再处理平均耗时、应急器械包装准确率以及手术室医护人员对预警模块应用的满意度。结果模块应用后,单个应急器械包再处理耗时从(170.12±9.20)min降低至(132.07±7.15)min;应急器械包装准确率从97.56%提高到99.97%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.001);手术室医护人员对预警模块应用的满意度较高。结论应急器械再处理预警模块的应用可加快应急手术器械的处理,提高应急器械的周转和使用,实现应急器械处理绿色通道的信息化管理。

Objective To construct the early warning module of emergency instruments reprocessing in Central Sterile Supply Department(CSSD)and verify its clinical application effect.Methods An emergency instruments reprocessing early warning module was added into the original CSSD quality traceability system.The contents of the module included early warning and whole process data monitoring in the process of application,recycle,cleaning,packaging,sterilization and distribution of emergency instruments.The average time consumption,the accuracy rate of emergency equipment packaging,and the satisfaction of surgical staff on the supply of emergency equipment were compared before the implementation of the early warning module(from March to August 2020)and after the implementation(from September 2020 to February 2021).Results The average reprocessing time of emergency equipment decreased from(170.12±9.20)min to(132.07±7.15)min after the implementation.The packaging accuracy of emergency equipment increased from 97.56%to 99.97%.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The satisfaction of surgeons and nurses was high after the implementation of early warning module.Conclusion The application of the emergency instruments reprocessing early warning module can speed up the processing,improve the turnover rate and utilization rate of emergency instruments,so as to realize the green channel information management of emergency instruments processing.
