对危重症患者失禁性皮炎预防方法及失禁性皮炎护理方法的效果与成本分析研究现状进行综述。失禁性皮炎预防方法包括尿失禁和粪失禁管理;失禁性皮炎护理方法包括使用传统皮肤保护剂、新型皮肤保护剂以及中医护理方法。旨在为临床护理工作者选择效果与成本最佳的失禁性皮炎护理防护方法提供参考依据。

This paper reviewed the current research on cost-effectiveness analysis of incontinence-associated prevention and incontinence-associated dermatitis nursing methods.The prevention of incontinence-associated dermatitis included urinary incontinence and fecal incontinence management.The nursing of incontinence-associated dermatitis included the use of traditional skin protectants,new skin protectants and traditional Chinese medicine nursing methods.The review aimed to provide reference for clinical nurses to choose the best cost-effective nursing and prevention methods for incontinence-associated dermatitis.
