Best evidence summary for assessment and prevention of deep vein thrombosis in patients with upper limb fracture

目的检索并获取上肢骨折患者深静脉血栓评估及预防的最佳证据。方法系统检索Cochrane Library、Up ToDate、BMJ Best Practice、Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)循证卫生保健中心数据库、英国国家临床医学研究所指南库、美国指南网、护理文献累积索引数据库、PubMed、中国指南网、中国知网、万方数据库及中国生物医学文献数据库内有关上肢骨折后患者深静脉血栓评估及预防的有关证据,包括临床指南、专家共识、证据总结、系统评价。结果共纳入文献10篇,包括指南8篇、专家共识1篇、系统评价1篇。从评估工作、干预措施及管理策略3个方面总结最佳证据。结论本研究通过总结上肢骨折患者深静脉血栓的评估及预防的最佳证据,为临床完善上肢深静脉血栓治疗与管理提供了循证依据。

Objective To search and obtain the best evidence for the assessment and prevention of deep vein thrombosis in patients with upper limb fracture.Methods We searched Cochrane Library,UpToDate,the BMJ Best Practice,Joanna Briggs Institute Evidence-Based Health Care Center Database,National Institute for Health and Care Excellence,National Guideline Clearinghouse,CINAHL,PubMed,Chinese Guidelines Network,CNKI,Wanfang,and CBM for all literatures related to the assessment and prevention of deep vein thrombosis in upper limb fracture,including clinical guidelines,expert consensus,evidence summary and systematic review.Results Ten articles were enrolled,including eight guidelines,one expert consensus and one systematic review.The best evidence was summarized from three aspects of assessment,intervention measures and management strategy.Conclusion This study summarized the best evidence for the assessment and prevention of deep vein thrombosis in upper limb fracture to provide evidence for the improvement of the treatment and management of upper extremity deep vein thrombosis.
