Postoperative nursing care of one-stage repair for giant umbilical distention in newborns

总结14例巨型脐膨出患儿行一期修补术的术后护理经验。护理要点:密切监测腹腔压力,加强镇静、镇痛护理,预防腹腔间隙综合征;做好肺动脉高压、胃食管反流、肠梗阻和急性肾损伤等并发症的观察及护理;重视肠内、外营养支持,改善患儿营养情况。14例患儿中,1例因合并"癫痫",家属要求出院,其余13例术后均未发生严重并发症,痊愈出院。随访2个月至1年,患儿生长发育良好。

To summarize the postoperative nursing experience of 14 neonates with giant omphalocele undergoing one-stage repair.Key points of nursing caring:close monitor of abdominal pressure,strength of sedation and analgesia nursing and prevention of abdominal compartment syndrome;observation and nursing of pulmonary hypertension,gastroesophageal reflux,intestinal tract obstruction and acute kidney injury and other complications;the attention to enteral and parenteral nutritional support to improve the nutritional status of infants.Among the 14 patients,13 patients were discharged without serious complications.One patient was complicated with epilepsy and was discharged due to parents’decision.The patients were followed up for two months to one year,and they grew well.
