Emergency care of a patient with traumatic cardiac arrest by extracorporeal membrane oxygenation

总结了1例多发伤致心搏骤停患者在急诊应用体外膜肺氧合的护理经验。护理要点:规范的抢救护理,包括高质量的心肺复苏、保持呼吸道通畅、快速建立骨髓腔通路;体外膜肺氧合(extracorporeal membrane oxygenation,ECMO)团队有序抢救,包括立即启动ECMO团队、ECMO建立过程中的抢救护理、ECMO置管后院内安全转运护理;动态观察治疗效果及并发症的预防和处理。该患者经过及时、高效地救治与护理,4 d后成功撤机,住院25 d后转康复医院。

To Summarize the nursing experience of a patient with multiple trauma and cardiac arrest in the emergency department using extracorporeal membrane oxygenation.Nursing points were summarized as follwing:standardized rescue nursing including high-quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation,keeping the airway unobstructed,and quickly establishing intraosseous infusion;orderly rescue by extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO)team including immediate activation of the ECMO team,rescue care during the establishment of ECMO,and safe transport in hospital after ECMO catheterization;dynamic observation of treatment effects and prevention and treatment of complications.The patient was successfully weaned from the ventilator after 4 days of timely and efficient treatment and care,and was transferred to a rehabilitation hospital after 25 days of hospitalization.
