对国内外儿科急诊预检分诊常用评估工具及其临床应用进行综述,从患儿及家属、分诊培训、我国儿科急诊分诊现状等方面分析影响分诊准确性的因素并提出改进建议,旨在为提高我国儿科急诊预检分诊工作效率及质量提供参考。

To review pediatric emergency triage tools and clinical application.We analyzed factors influencing the accuracy of the triage from the aspects of children and their families,triage training and current triage status and made suggestions for improvement,to provide reference for improving the efficiency and quality of pediatric emergency triage in China.
