目标导向型早期肠内营养治疗在严重创伤患者中的应用研究

Application of goal-oriented early enteral nutrition treatment in severe trauma patients

目的研究目标导向型早期肠内营养治疗在严重创伤患者中的应用效果。方法便利选取2018年10月—2019年6月入住ICU并实施肠内营养的106例严重创伤患者为研究对象,按时间段分组,2019年4月—6月入院患者为试验组,使用目标导向型早期肠内营养治疗;2018年10月—12月入院患者为对照组,使用常规早期肠内营养治疗。记录并对比两组肠内营养开始时间、肠内营养热量达标率、营养相关并发症发生率、ICU住院时间、机械通气时间、病情变化情况。结果试验组肠内营养开始时间、3 d热量达标率、ICU住院时间与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组在7 d热量达标率、肠内营养并发症、机械通气时间、病情变化情况方面,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论目标导向型早期肠内营养治疗应用效果良好,可以有效缩短严重创伤患者肠内营养开始时间,提高3 d热量达标率,缩短ICU住院时间。

Objective To investigate the effects of goal-oriented early enteral nutrition in severe trauma patients.Methods 106 severe trauma patients from October 2018 to June 2019 were conveniently recruited.The patients from April 2019 to June 2019 were included into the study group which were given goal-oriented early enteral nutrition treatment,and the patients from October 2018 to December 2018 were included into the control group and received normal early enteral nutrition treatment.The start time of enteral nutrition,enteral nutrition caloric qualified rate,incidence of nutrition related complications,length of ICU stay,duration of mechanical ventilation,and disease condition changes were recorded.Results The start time of enteral nutrition,enteral nutrition caloric qualified rate on the third day,length of ICU stay were statistically different between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in enteral nutrition caloric qualified rate on the 7 th day,incidence of nutrition related complications,duration of mechanical ventilation,and disease condition changes(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of goal-oriented early enteral nutrition is effective,which can significantly advance the start of enteral nutrition,improve nutrition caloric qualified rate on the third day,and shorten the length of ICU stay.
