重视电阻抗成像技术在重症急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者肺部护理中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 为了能够更好地评估重症急性呼吸窘迫综合征(acute respiratory distress syndrome,ARDS)患者的肺部情况,发挥护士在重症ARDS患者肺部评估中的积极作用,应加强床旁无创评估的手段及方法。电阻抗成像技术作为一种无创、实时、可连续监测的技术手段,有着操作简单,可床旁使用的特点,因此,未来护士可采用电阻抗成像技术进行床旁肺部评估,为重症患者肺部护理提供更加科学的依据。 In order to better evaluate the pulmonary condition of patients with severe acute respiratory distress syndrome and to play the positive role of nurses in the pulmonary assessment of patients,the methods of non-invasive bedside assessment should be strengthened.As a non-invasive,real-time and continuous monitoring technology,electrical impedance imaging is simple to operate and easy to use at bedside.Therefore,nurses can apply electrical impedance imaging technology to carry out the bedside lung assessment in the future,so as to provide a more scientific evidence for the pulmonary care of critical patients.
