2015年—2020年我国急救护理学研究热点的共词聚类分析

The research hotspots in emergency nursing from 2015 to 2020:a co-word cluster analysis

目的分析当前我国急救护理学的研究热点并探讨相关趋势。方法通过检索中国知网、万方、维普以及中国生物医学文献数据库2015年—2020年发表在中国科技核心期刊的急救护理学相关文献,通过Note express去除重复发表文献,使用Bicomb软件进行词频分析,利用Gluto软件进行共词聚类分析。结果共纳入1046篇文献,提取高频主题词30个,占据总频次累积百分比的55.95%。经过双向聚类分析共总结出5个急救护理的研究热点:急救护理循证证据的应用研究、急救护理教学研究、急救护理流程的应用研究、急诊护士心理研究和急诊分诊信息化建设研究。结论急救护理学的研究热点研究有利于了解当前该领域的发展现状和趋势。

Objective To analyze the current research hotspots of emergency nursing in China and explore related trends.Methods We searched the relevant literatures of emergency nursing published in the Chinese key journals from 2015-2020 in CNKI Database,Wanfang Medical Database,VIP Database and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database and removed duplicate publications by Note express.Then we used Bicomb software for word frequency analysis,and used Gluto software to perform co-word cluster analysis.Results A total of 1046 articles were included,and 30 high-frequency subject words were extracted which accounting for 55.95%of the total cumulative frequency.After two-way clustering analysis,a total of 5 research hotspots in emergency care were summarized:application research on evidence-based emergency care,emergency nursing teaching research,application research on emergency nursing processes,psychological research on emergency nurses and research on information construction of emergency triage.Conclusion The research on the hotspots in emergency nursing is beneficial for understanding the current development status and trends in this field.
