基于文献计量学的ICU后综合征研究基础及热点梳理

Bibliometrics analysis of research hotspots on post intensive care syndrome

目的梳理国内外ICU后综合征研究现状及热点趋势,以期对我国ICU后综合征研究的发展起到一定的指导作用。方法以Web of Science文献数据平台收录的文献数据为基础,利用文献计量学方法和Cite Space信息可视化软件,对截至2019年10月1日收录的ICU后综合征相关文献进行计量学分析。结果共检索获得ICU后综合征相关文献1055篇,发文量呈逐年增加趋势。其中美国438篇,占总文献量的41.5%,其次是英国113篇(10.7%)、法国110篇(10.4%)、中国27篇(2.6%)。文献发表于53本期刊上,以Intensive Care Medicine发文量最多(60篇),Critical Care Medicine发文次之(47篇),Critical Care(42篇)第三,以危重病医学类专业型期刊居多;本研究共得到14个名词术语聚类及共词的名词短语,经过分析发现目前ICU后综合征的研究尚停留在流行病学和影响因素调查的层面。结论近年来,ICU后综合征逐渐引起国内外学者的重视。ICU后综合征的研究方向较局限且发表集中在欧美发达国家,ICU后综合征流行病学及影响因素为研究热点。目前国内关于ICU后综合征研究鲜有报道,今后应加强对ICU转出患者管理的延续性研究。

Objective To analysis the situation and hotspots of post intensive care syndrome(PICS)research internationally to guide the development of PICS research in China.Methods Based on the Web of Science platform,the bibliometric method and Cite Space information visualization software were used to perform a metrological analysis of the PICS-related literature included before October 1,2019.Results 1055 articles related to PICS were retrieved,and the number of publications increased year by year.Among them,438 papers in the United States accounted for 41.5%of the total literature,followed by 113 papers(10.7%)in the United Kingdom,110 papers(10.4%)in France,and 27 papers(2.6%)in China.The papers were published in 53 journals,most of which are critical medicine professional journals.The top three journals published most papers are Intensive Care Medicine(60 papers),Critical Care Medicine(47 papers),and Critical Care(42 papers).In this study,a total of 14 noun-term clusters and co-word noun phrases were obtained.After analysis,it is found that the current research mainly focused on the epidemiological and influential factors investigation.Conclusion PICS has gradually attracted the attention of international scholars.The research direction of PICS is relatively limited and has been published in developed countries in Europe and America.The hotspots of research are the epidemiology of PICS and its influencing factors.At present,there are few reports about PICS research in China.In the future,domestic scholars should strengthen the continuity research on the management of patients transferred out of ICU.
