9例恶性肿瘤并发脓毒症患者行内毒素吸附治疗的护理

对9例恶性肿瘤并发脓毒症患者采用oXiris膜材行内毒素吸附治疗的护理要点进行总结:①密切监测血小板计数和出血相关症状,警惕肝素诱导性血小板减少症的发生;②治疗期间及时调整抗凝方式,避免发生滤器凝血,保证治疗有效进行;③维持引血及治疗期间血压的稳定,保证重要脏器的血液供应,减少低血压的发生;④根据患者的凝血功能选择合适的封管液,保证血液净化治疗导管的功能完好;⑤早期实施肠内营养支持和预防深静脉血栓。9例患者中,5例死亡,4例转出ICU。

To summarize the nursing care of endotoxin adsorption therapy by oXiris membrane material in nine cancer patients with sepsis.①Closely monitor platelet counts and the symptoms related to bleeding,and be vigilant against heparin-induced thrombocytopenia.②Punctually adjust the anticoagulation method during treatment to avoid the filter coagulation and ensure the effective treatment.③Maintain the stability of blood pressure during blood removal and ensure blood perfusion of vital organs and reduce occurrence of hypotension.④Select the appropriate locking fluid according to the coagulation function of the patient to ensure the intact function of the blood purification catheter.⑤Early implement enteral nutrition support and prevent deep venous thrombosis.Five patients died and four were transferred out of the ICU.
