社交媒体时代警民网络信任的影响因素分析

Analysis on Influencing Factors of the Online Trust Between Police and People in the Era of Social Media

社交媒体时代警民关系已经延伸至网络虚拟世界,探究在互联网空间中公众对警察信任的影响因素,对于建立和谐警民关系,树立公安机关网络话语权具有重要意义。基于准社会互动理论和印象管理理论构建影响者作用研究框架,分析影响警民网络信任的因素。通过问卷调查收集数据并对数据进行分析验证。结果表明,公安机关发布的信息中所体现的专业性和吸引力对警民网络信任产生显著影响,并且警民网络信任的产生是通过准社会互动而形成的有层次的内化过程,公安机关的印象管理对这一过程也起到调节作用。综合研究结果,建议公安机关在社交媒体中坚定政治引领作用,构建警民互动平台,创新网络话语资源,增强警民网络信任。

In the era of social media,the relationship between the police and people has extended.The research on the influencing factors of the online trust between police and people is of great significance to establish a harmonious relationship between police and people as well as the network discourse power of police.Based on the Para-Social Interaction theory and impression management theory,this paper constructs a research framework to analyze the factors affecting the online trust between police and people.The results show that the professionalism and attraction embodied have a significant impact on the online trust between police and people.The trust is a hierarchical internalization process formed through Para-Social Interaction,and the impression management of the police also plays a regulatory role in this process.Based on the comprehensive research results,it is suggested that the police should firmly play a political leading role in social media,build an interactive platform between police and people,innovate network discourse resources and enhance the network trust of police and people.
