新时期基层民警心理资本现状及提升研究

Study on Current Situation and Improvement of Psychological Capital of the Preliminary Police in the New Period

为更好地探讨基层民警心理资本现状与提升策略,采用《积极心理资本问卷》对河南省内的基层民警413人进行测评,并采用SPSS软件进行数据整理与相关分析。研究结果显示:基层民警积极心理资本整体状况较为理想,其中自我效能维度的分值最低,乐观维度的分值最高;在与其他职业或群体进行对比时发现,基层民警的心理资本状况的四个维度均表现出不同程度的差异;针对警种、入警方式、经济评估、健康评估、慢性病情况、职业认同中的不同回答也可能导致心理资本及其四个维度的差异。在深入分析上述研究结果的基础上,提出了通过增强职业认同、优化职业环境,有针对性地开展心理健康教育的方式来提升基层民警的心理资本状况的策略。

In order to probe into the present situation of the psychological capital of the preliminary police and the promotion strategy,413 preliminary police in Henan province were tested with the Positive Psychological Capital Questionnaire,and the SPSS software was used for data collation and related analysis.The results show that overall situation of the positive psychological capital of the preliminary police is relatively ideal,in which the score of the self-efficacy dimension is the lowest and the score of the optimistic dimension is the highest.In comparison with other occupations or groups,we find that the four dimensions of psychological capital of preliminary police show different degrees of difference.Different answers to police types,police entry methods,economic assessment,health assessment,chronic disease conditions,and occupational identity may also lead to different degrees of psychological capital and its four dimensions.Based on the deep analysis of the above research results,this paper puts forward some strategies to improve the psychological capital status of the preliminary police by strengthening the professional identity,optimizing the professional environment and carrying out mental health education.
