高校思想政治理论课青年教师是实现高等教育理念的重要生力军与后备力量,在传播主流意识形态、培育时代新人、探索教学改革创新上扮演着重要角色。因为独特的角色视角、性格年龄特点,青年教师在政治理论学习、师生关系协调、教学与科研平衡等方面呈现出角色缺位、角色扮演能力不足、角色定位不准等现象,需要强化角色意识,调适角色冲突,从而推进高校思政课教师队伍建设。

The young teachers of ideological and political course in colleges and universities are the important new force and reserve force to realize the idea of higher education, and they play an important role in spreading the mainstream ideology, cultivating the new generation and exploring the innovation of teaching reform. Because of the unique perspective of the role, character and age characteristics, the young teachers present the phenomena of lack of role, lack of role-playing ability and inaccurate role orientation in the aspects of political theory study, teacher-student relationship coordination, teaching and scientific research balance, etc. It is necessary to strengthen the consciousness of role and adjust the role conflict so as to promote the construction of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities.
