供给侧视角下湖南高职计算机类专业教育与新业态发展的适切性研究——基于结构偏离度分析

The Fitness Between Higher Vocational Computer Education and New Industry Development in Hunan Province from Perspective of Supply Side——Based on Structural Deviation Degree Analysis

职业教育与产业协调发展为新时代类型教育题中应有之义。文献梳理结构偏离度与适切性理论。依据"赛尔奎因—钱纳里结构变动模式"思想,构建面向专业教育与产业发展的结构偏离度模型,基于供给侧视角从高职院校布局、专业设置、人才培养、教育资源供给等维度分析2014-2019年度湖南高职计算机类专业教育与新业态发展的适切性,厘清高职计算机类专业教育供给态势。提出优化高职院校资源供给、提升专业教育水平,优化专业结构供给、提升专业(群)供给效用,优化专业人才结构、提升专业人才培养质量。

The harmonious development of vocational education and industry is the key principle of type education in new era. This paper first reviews the theory of structure deviation degree and the theory of fitness. Then, a structural deviation degree model for computer education and industrial development is constructed according to the idea of "Selquine-Chanery structural change mode". From the perspective of the supply side, this paper analyzes the relevance of higher vocational computer education and new industry development in Hunan Province from the dimensions of college layout, specialty setting, talent training, and education resource supply during 2014-2019, and clarifies the supply situation of computer education in higher vocational colleges. Finally, it is proposed to optimize the resource supply of colleges and improve the level of professional education, optimize the supply of specialty structure and enhance the effectiveness of specialty(group) supply, optimize the structure of professional personnel and improve the quality of professional personnel training.
