融合创新视角下应用型高校产业学院的特征、架构与评价

The Characteristics, Structures andEvaluation of Industrial Colleges from Perspective of Integrated Innovation

通过阐释融合创新视角下产业学院的特征、架构和评价体系,进一步论述了产业学院建设的理论依据与实践路径。提出从新工科专业及专业集群、师资队伍、人才培养方案、科学研究、社会服务等五个方面顶层设计产业学院的架构体系,全面解析了产业学院"六融六新"的典型特征,指出产业学院建设是应用型高校突破传统路径依赖、实现高质量发展的有效载体,并从规划与定位、组织架构与办学条件、教学运行与管理、校企合作、建设绩效等五个方面提出了产业学院的评价体系,以期对应用型高校产业学院的设计、实施和评价提供有益的参考和借鉴。

By explaining the characteristics,structures and evaluation system of industrial colleges from the perspective of integrated innovation,the theoretical basis and practical path of the construction of industrial collegesare further discussed.This paper proposes the architecture system of the top-level design industrial college in five aspects:new engineering specialty and professional cluster,faculty team,talent training program,scientific research,and social service.The author comprehensively analyzes the typical characteristics of the integration and innovation of industrial colleges,it is pointed out that the construction of industrial colleges is an effective carrier for application-oriented universities to break through the traditional path dependence and achieve high-quality development,and the evaluation system of industrial colleges is put forward from five aspects,including planning and positioning,organizational structure and school-running conditions,teaching operation and management,school-enterprise cooperation and construction performance,It is expected to provide useful reference for the design,implementation and evaluation of industrial colleges in application-oriented universities.
