环境动态性视角的大学生创业拼凑与创业绩效研究

College Students’ Entrepreneurial Bricolage and Entrepreneurial Performance from Perspective of Environmental Dynamism

以环境动态性为情景,以创业拼凑为抓手,研究大学生创业拼凑对创业绩效的影响,并结合权变理论探讨环境动态性在创业拼凑与创业绩效之间的调节作用。通过对183份广州市大学生创业者的问卷进行分析。结果表明,大学生创业拼凑对创业绩效具有正向影响,环境动态性正向调节创业拼凑与创业绩效的关系,高动态环境比低动态环境面临更高风险和获得更多收益。

Taking environmental dynamism as scene and taking entrepreneurial bricolage as a starting point,the paper investigated the relationship between college students’ entrepreneurial bricolage and entrepreneurial performance. Based on contingency theory, this paper also tested the moderating effect of environmental dynamism. A questionnaire survey on college student entrepreneurs in Guangzhou was conducted.183 valid questionnaires were collected for data analysis. The following conclusions were obtained.College students’ entrepreneurial bricolage has a positive impact on entrepreneurial performance. Environmental dynamism positively moderates the relationship between entrepreneurial bricolage and entrepreneurial performance.Compared to low dynamic environments, high dynamic environments face higher risks and yield more benefits.
