摘要
高等教育中的语言政策研究已经在世界范围内展开,虽然各国情况有很大差异,但是都具有促进和保护本国语言、保护与英语相关的民族语言或官方语言、通过英语实现国际化等显著的特征。文章对构建瑞典高等教育语言政策中的语言目标、语言能力和语言政策进行分析,试图发现经济、包容和成功这三个话语链是单独运作的、还是彼此融合在一起的。分析表明,瑞典高等教育的语言政策内容丰富、特色鲜明,可对我国语言政策研究提供一些启示。
The research of language policy in higher education has been carried out in the world. Although there are great differences among countries, they all have the remarkable characteristics of promoting and protecting their own languages, protecting national or official languages related to English, and internationalizing through English. This paper analyzes the language ideals, language competences and language policies in the construction of Sweden’s language policy for higher education, trying to find out whether the three discourse strands of economy, inclusion and success are operating alone or integrated with each other. The analysis also shows that Sweden’s language policy for higher education is rich in content and distinctive in features, which can provide some enlightenment for the study of language policy in China.
