高等职业教育在推进军民融合发展中具有重要作用,其演进逻辑由单向度汲取到双向度互动并走向多维度共享。在新时代背景下,高等职业教育军民融合亟须遵循融合、协同、服务、共享等理念,聚焦于人才培养与工匠需求相结合的人才互补、科学研究与技术转化相结合的载体融合、社会服务与国防强军相结合的服务共参、文化传承与国防教育相结合的文化联结、创新创业与强军兴军相结合的创新共享等推进路径。

Since the founding of New China 70 years ago, the historical evolution logic of military-civilian integration of Vocational Education in China has gone from embryonic stage to perfect stage and to mature stage. It has made remarkable achievements in the field of education and national defense industry. The Nineteenth National Congress upgraded the development of civil-military integration to the level of national strategy. Vocational education, as an important carrier to realize the development of civil-military integration, faces the new historical orientation of civil-military integration, and needs to follow the realistic evolution concept of integration, coordination, service and sharing. Based on the present situation and looking forward to the future, in the evolution path of the vision of military-civilian integration of Vocational Education in the new era, vocational education starts from the supply side of talents training, scientific research, social services, innovation and inheritance, and combines with the demand side characteristics of military-civilian integration to form a talent-sharing evolution combining talent training with craftsman demand. Path, carrier integration evolution path of combining scientific research and technology transformation, service sharing evolution path of combining social services with national defense, cultural inheritance and national defense education, and innovation sharing evolution path of combining innovation and Entrepreneurship with strengthening the army and revitalizing the army.
