在数字经济背景下的服装企业管理模式中,需要融合时代发展的主要趋势,将数字化思维融入到不同的发展环节中,全面提高整体发展水平,并且突出各项管理模式开放化和模块化的工作优势,解决以往组织架构系统方面的复杂性问题,实现业务模式的优化程度,以促进服装企业在数字经济背景下成功转型和升级。
In the management mode of garment enterprises in the context of digital economy,it is necessary to integrate the main trends of the development of the times,integrate digital thinking into different development links,comprehensively improve the overall level of development,and highlight the open and modular work advantages of various management models,solve the complexity of the previous organizational structure system,and realize the optimization degree of business models to promote the successful transformation and upgrading of garment enterprises in the context of digital economy.
