摘要
面料图案作为服装纺织工业中必不可少的一环,其特殊的纹样关系到纺织品的最终效益。以不同织物为载体将传统的蓝晒印相工艺运用在织物上,通过实验柠檬酸铁铵和铁氰化钾溶液会在特定的环境下发生化学反应且产生特有的图案,记录分析转变过程生成数据建立数学模型,并对控制与运行进行浅要分析。希望拓展不同工艺手法在纺织纹样领域上的运用,且通过数学模型研究,为纺织工业寻找新的方向,以推动纺织业不断向前发展。
As an essential part of the garment and textile industry,its special pattern is related to the overall benefit of the textile.Therefore,the traditional blue sun printing process is applied to the fabric.The experimental solutions of ammonium ferric citrate and potassium ferrocyanide will occur in specific environments and produce unique patterns.The analyzed and generated data of the transformation process are recorded to establish a mathematical model,and be controlled and operated.This topic hopes to expand the application of different techniques in the field of textile patterns,and through the mathematical model research,to find a new direction for the textile industry,which will promote the continuous development of the social textile industry.
