基于“校企一体工作室制”的服装设计与工程专业人才培养模式研究

Research on the Training Pattern of Fashion Design and Engineering Specialty Based on “Integrated Working Room System of School and Interprise”

首先明确了建立"校企一体工作室制"是培养专业人才的重要改革方向,阐述了"校企一体工作室制"人才培养模式的内涵。针对我国应用型本科高校服装设计与工程专业人才培养模式中存在的问题,提出实施基于"校企一体工作室制"的人才培养模式,同时分析了"校企一体工作室制"在专业教学中所具有的优势,即形成服装企业、学校、师生三方共赢局面,对提升服装设计与工程专业人才质量具有促进作用。

First of all,it is clear that the establishment of the"integrated working room system of school and enterprise"is the important reform direction of the cultivation of the professional talents,and the connotation of the"integrated working room system of school and enterprise"’s personnel training mode is described,and the problems existing in the training mode of the design and engineering of the applied-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities in China are discussed.Based on the"integrated working room system of school and enterprise"-based personnel training mode,the paper analyzes the advantages of the integrated working studio of the school and enterprise in the professional teaching,and can form a three-way win-win situation between the garment enterprises,the schools and the teachers and students,and can promote the quality of the professional training and engineering professionals.
