摘要
纺织厂建筑因按专业的要求,多以钢筋混凝土结构为主,其抗倒塌约束仅仅依靠钢筋混凝土结构自身的承载力,但由于钢筋混凝土结构自身抗倒塌阻尼较小,消耗振动应力的能力有限。由此提出一种考虑抗震约束的纺织厂建筑规划设计并实施:在纺织厂建筑横梁两端和顶部加设一层横梁阻震层,延长横梁隔震结构的水平周期,提高其抗倒塌约束;利用加入抗倒塌支吊架的方式有效减轻纺织厂建筑支撑柱结构受到的横向风震反应和地震剪切应力反应;通过在建筑屋面结构顶部和侧部添加附设粘滞阻尼器提高整体阻尼比,增强抗倒塌能力。仿真实验数据表明,在模拟地震环境下,应用所提的设计方案,使纺织厂建筑受到的有效地震剪力降低了78%,具有更优秀抗震能力。
The structure of reinforced concrete mainly depends on the concrete structure,and its anti-collapse constraint only depends on the bearing capacity of the reinforced concrete structure.However,because the self-collapse damping of the reinforced concrete structure is small,the capacity to consume the vibration stress is limited.In this paper,a design and implementation of a textile factory building with an earthquake-resistant constraint is put forward:a beam-blocking layer is additionally arranged at both ends and the top of a building beam of a textile factory to prolong the horizontal period of the beam-isolating structure of the beam,and the anti-collapse constraint is improved;the transverse wind-shock reaction and the seismic shearing of the structure of the building support column of the textile factory can be effectively reduced by the method of adding the anticollapse support and hanger,Force reaction;The overall damping ratio is improved by adding viscous dampers on the top and sides of the building roof structure to enhance the anti-collapse ability.Simulation data show that the effective seismic shear force of textile factory buildings is reduced by 78%and has better anti-seismic capacity by using the proposed design scheme under simulated earthquake environment.
