马排卵期性激素含量变化及相关性分析 被引量:2

Changes and correlation analysis of sex hormone content in horses during ovulation

摘要 为了寻找马排卵期生殖激素分泌规律,为马同期发情、排卵控制技术提供理论基础,试验于繁殖季节在新疆伊犁昭苏县卡拉苏马研究中心采集122匹次母马颈部血液,采用酶联免疫法测定生殖激素含量。结果表明:在母马卵泡Ⅱ期~Ⅲ期时,促卵泡素(FSH)和促黄体素(LH)、绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)含量、促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)持续上升,直至排卵前Ⅳ期达到峰值,排卵后进入Ⅴ期时FSH、LH、hCG激素含量迅速下降;经相关性检验,在排卵前促甲状腺素释放激素(TRH)与FSH、LH、hCG、GnRH含量呈极显著相关(P<0.01),LH与FSH呈极显著相关(P<0.01);在Ⅲ期GnRH与FSH、LH、hCG含量呈极显著相关(P<0.01)。提示在母马繁殖季节应每天采血进行生殖激素监测,跟踪FSH、LH、hCG含量的变化,在其含量上升,至突然下降时,为最佳输精时间。 During the reproductive season,122 mares’neck blood was collected at Kalasu Horse Research Center of Zhaosu County.The contents of FSH,LH,h CG,GnRH and TRH were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to find the change rule of reproductive hormones during ovulation.The results showed that the contents of FSH,LH,h CG and GnRH increased continuously in follicular phaseⅡandⅢuntil phaseⅣbefore ovulation.The contents of FSH,LH,h CG and GnRH decreased rapidly after ovulation into phaseⅤ.Through correlation test,the contents of TRH before ovulation were significantly correlated with those of FSH,LH,h CG and GnRH(P<0.01),and LH was significantly correlated with FSH before ovulation(P<0.01).GnRH was significantly correlated with the contents of FSH,LH and h CG in phaseⅢ(P<0.01).It indicats that in the breeding season of horses,blood can be collected every day for reproductive hormone monitoring to track the changes of FSH,LH and h CG contents.When their contents gradually rise and suddenly begin to decline,it is the best time for insemination.
